Inauguration of the new President of the Republic - FDC from Korea

Merci beaucoup Ji-Ho !
In order to commemorate the first 100 days of the mandate of the new President of the Republic, Moon Jae-in, the Korean Post issued, on August 17, 2017, a stamp and a souvenir sheet entitled "The inauguration of the 19th President".
This title is true in terms of mandates, some of the 11 previous presidents having exercised several ones, but Moon Jae-in officially became on May 10, 2017, the 12th President of the Republic of Korea since 1948.
It is that stamp (330 won, print run: 5,000,000) designed by Kim So-jeong and printed in a sheet consisting of 16 stamps, which appears in two copies on the First Day Cover from Nambusan below. Thank you very much Ji-Ho!

Moon Jae-in (born in 1953) was already a candidate in the 2012 presidential elections for the Democratic United Party (called Minju Party since 2014), won then by Grand National Party candidate Park Geun-hye, who became the first woman President of Korea.
Following the impeachment of Park Geun-hye after a corruption scandal, Moon Jae-in won, on May 9, 2017, the presidential election with 41.2% of the vote.
The presidential election in Republic of Korea is a first-past-the-post system and the elected president's term of office is 5 years, with no possibility of re-election, according to the constitution.
This stamp represents a smiling portrait of the new president as well as the national flag (Taegeukgi) in the background.
To note this additional vignette (40 won) in order to reach the postal rate in force (700 won) for a shipment up to 10g to France (and the Zone 3's countries).

Ji-Ho was kind enough to also send me the special card above with this same stamp and First Day postmark, showing the Blue House (Cheongwadae), the official presidential residence in Seoul (with Mount Bukhansan in the background).
During his inauguration speech, President Moon Jae-in wished the abolition of authoritarian practices, the end of privileges to build a fair society and announced his willingness to transfer the presidential residence to Gwanghwamun, the main gate of the Gyeongbokgung Palace, in order to stay close to the people...

Here is above is the souvenir sheet (420 won, print run: 500,000) issued in this same series, featuring the president on the day of his inauguration, greeting the crowd in his vehicle between the National Assembly (where he was sworn) and the Blue House.
The seal of the President of the Republic of Korea (2 phoenix facing each other over a rose of Sharon, the national flower) is present in the top left margin.
